Legal Compliance for Home-Based Primary Care

Healthcare providers of every type must operate within many statutes, regulations, guidance documents, and contractual obligations. Objectives
In this course, you will learn about the importance of having a compliance program in place and how to lower or eliminate your compliance risks while providing HBPC services. Upon completion, you will be able to do the following:
  1. Describe how compliance applies to the Home-Based Primary Care industry.
  2. Recognize common compliance issues in delivering Home-Based Primary Care services.
  3. Apply the best practices to establish a Home-Based Primary Care compliance program.
