Job profiles should include title, summary, requirements, company information, role deliverables, benefits, and a DEI statement. <br /><br />- **Sourcing Candidates:** Utilize specialized job boards, social media, LinkedIn, Indeed, career centers, and word of mouth. Skills assessment and relationships within health systems, community resources, and academic institutions are also essential.<br /><br />- **Interview Process:** Use interview guides to ensure fairness and thoughtfulness. Questions should be closed, open-ended, opinion-based, behavioral, and case-specific. Illegal questions relate to age, disability, gender, and other protected categories.<br /><br />- **Onboarding:** An effective onboarding plan with a 30/60/90-day structure tailored by role, including regular check-ins, is vital to employee retention. <br /><br />- **Retention:** Reducing turnover through workplace flexibility, recognition, an inclusive culture, and career development is critical.<br /><br />**Resources:** Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Insperity, Relias, HR.com, and several others offer tools and support for the recruitment process.<br /><br />The webinar concluded with a Q&A session and provided resources such as a hotline, webinars, virtual office hours, and downloadable tools on HBPC topics.
