Several technology tools were introduced, such as CareLink Mobile Practice Manager, Road Warrior, and Maptive, which assist in scheduling, routing, and patient management.<br /><br />Durable Medical Equipment (DME) needs and processes were explained, providing guidelines on documentation and ordering, emphasizing the role of DME specialists and templates for efficiency.<br /><br />**Session 8** touched on the Economics of HBPC, exploring sustainable business models, budget management, productivity, and demonstrating HBPC's value.
